Paleo Pancakes
These pancakes are delicious, healthy and quick and easy to make. They can be tricky to get the hang of cooking them but soon you'll be an expert!
Ingredients:
1 ripe Banana
2 large free range eggs
2 heaped table spoons of milled flax seeds
Optional:
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of protein powder
Handfull of fruit e.g. berries or apple
2 teaspoons of Chia seeds
1 tablespoon of Honey
2 teaspoons of 100% Coco
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until frothy.
Fry in a ceramic pan (no oil) or in coconut oil or olive oil. Cook until they start to bubble. Then slowly and carefully flip them over.

These can be made in advance and frozen in a sealed bag or container
