Water
5 a Day
Sleep
Exercise
Oil Pulling
So far you have been drinking more water, eating your 5 a day, sleeping as well and for as much as you can, exercising for 20 minutes 5 days a week and oil pulling every morning. That's a lot of changes in 5 weeks but please try and stick with them. As much as possible, just do your best.
So I think it's a good week to do a Change that doesn't take so much planning, organisation and 'effort' but can have an amazing, positive impact on your life. It will also give you time to focus on maintaining the work you have done over the past 5 weeks and really just make them part of your day, a habit!
So this weeks challenge is to write someone a letter. You can do more than one if you want but try and write at least one. It can be to a friend, a lover, your parents, grandparents, elderly neighbour, teacher, peer or stranger. Imagine how lovely it would be for them to come home and have post that isn't a bill, spam or take away menu? If you don't have their address you can just ask them or hand deliver it.
The letter can be as long or as short as you like. It can be an 'I love you' post it in your partners bag, it can be a good luck letter to your kids in their school bag on the day of their project presentation, it can be a I was thinking of you and wanted to see if you are well letter to your grandparents or neighbour. It really can be anything you want.
You also have the option of not sending the letter. You could write it to a loved one who has passed or a person who once hurt you and you are still hanging onto that hurt and anger. It's so therapeutic to write down your thoughts and get them on paper. Even if you scrunch it up or burn it afterwards you expressed your feelings, offered them up to the universe and expressed yourself. You can then let that all go.
This might seem like the easiest challenge but in fact I feel people might struggle with this one the most. A lot of us have forgot how to use the muscles to hold a pen and write for a long time, some of us might not even have paper in the house! But try your best and let someone know you care by taking the time and effort to write them a letter. Even better post it and let them have a lovely surprise when the post man comes!
Trust me this could be the start of something wonderful. Reach out to someone you want to see more of, make someone's day special. You have the power to change the world! Use it.
