Tuesday's Change Week 44 - Mid Term Break Refresh yourself

So every few weeks we all need some time off. I imagine people are going away and enjoying the school holidays or just preparing for the run up to Halloween.

It's always good to take a break from things, recharge, refresh and give yourself that time to put everything in order. For that reason every few weeks I give you a week where you can look back and take a second shot at a Tuesday's Change that you didn't do or didn't get a chance to try out.

I've listed them all below with links to each week for easy access. As always just ask me if you have any questions, are struggling with a particular one or just want more advice. I'm always happy to help people get healthier.

On this note a friend shared a really nice video with me the other day that is so pertinent to this topic! Check it out here:

Tuesday's Change Week 7!

Right guys! It's mid-term break! Teachers are rejoicing, kids are going loco and parents are exhausted and realising how much teachers actually do!

But you know what that means?! It's revision time! I always remember getting so much homework and revision work over mid-term break when I was in school.

So week 7 is your time to reflect on the last 6 weeks and see have you let anything slip. Are you still trying to sleep well, eat your 5 a day, stay hydrated, oil pull every morning and exercise 5 times a week? If not then take this opportunity to catch up and get back into your routine. Realise how good it feels when you look after yourself and make just that little bit of extra effort for big rewards.

Remember to be so super proud of the 6 weeks you have just put down. You made a concious decision to start to change your life for the better, dedicating time and energy to being the best possible version of yourself you can be. That's something to celebrate and be proud of.

but it's always worth it!"

Also how did your letter writing go? I hope you all reached out to someone and reconnected. Let me know how you got on!

Enjoy your break, get your revision in and have a wonderful time!
